*Booths are 8 x 10. Booth 21 counts as a double booth. 

**Attendee lists will be made available via Google Sheets. Lists may not be sold or gifted to nonmembers or other membership levels. You will have access to the membership list during your membership.

***Vendor Spotlight - a 30 minute slot of time that NCSLMA will advertise. Vendor will plan a presentation or demonstration with some type of prize drawing to occur in that 30 minutes.

Financial Information

You may pay by check or credit card, but all payments must be received by August 24th. Booths waiting on payments after August 24th will be cancelled. Booths may still be reserved between August 24th an September 24th, but payment must be by credit card.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a la carte items up to 30 days in advance for $100 cancellation fee. No Cancellations will be accepted after August 24th. 

Corporate memberships are non-refundable.
