In Memoriam of Shelia RobertsonIt is with heavy hearts that we share news of the passing of our Middle School Battle of the Books Committee Chair and long-time NCSLMA member Shelia Robertson. Shelia served on the MBOB committee for many years before taking on the role of chair. She led the committee throughout the pandemic years–not an easy task, but she did so with grace and diligence to keep the MBOB program running smoothly. As the Media Coordinator at Riverside Middle School in Martin County, Shelia led her MBOB team to a state championship this past spring. While Shelia requested that her arrangements be kept private, our thoughts and prayers go out to Shelia’s family and school community, and we will miss her dearly. ANNOUNCEMENTS
