2023 Registration Rates

Presenters - $50 for members
$75 for non-members 
Early Bird - May 1 - July 14
$150 for members
$150 for out of state Associate members*
$225 for non-members (includes NCSLMA membership)

Regular - July 15 - August 31
$175 for members
$175 for out of state Associate members*
$250 for non-members (includes NCSLMA membership)

Late/On-site - September 1 - October 7
$200 for members
$200 for out of state Associate members*
$275 for non-members (includes NCSLMA membership)

*with proof of membership to state organization

Note: Registrations not paid by the end of the period in which you registered will be cancelled and you will have to re-register at the next rate.
You may cancel your registration by August 31 for a fee of $25. Any cancellations after that will not be refunded.
