This year, we're not just stepping into any park—we're taking a Jurassic jaunt into the realm of opportunities and surprises. Located in a uniquely triangular building, our vendor area promises prime visibility, nestled between the main arteries of action: two bustling corridors leading to our session rooms. Whether you're positioned near the roar of the escalator or the chime of the elevator, your presence will be at the heart of the expedition.

Prepare for a night of prehistoric fun at our NCSLMA-Jama event. Details will be confirmed soon, but anticipate an evening filled with music, mingling, and maybe even some Mesozoic magic.

Every year, the NCSLMA conference evolves to include new and exciting elements, and 2024 will be no exception. We look forward to your participation in what promises to be a memorable adventure in the lush landscape of librarianship.

Vendor booth payment includes - Website, Social Media, in-conference recognition a profile in our Sched app, and inclusion in our Vendor Scavenger Hunt. Choice of vendor booth location will be first paid, first chosen. Single booth sizes are 6' deep x10' wide and include a 6’ (??) table.

• Single booth is $1000 (double booth - $1900, triple booth - $3500)

• September 1, 2024, is the last day to cancel your vendor booth with full refund.

• Tear down at 3:00 Friday.

A La Carte

Electrical, carpet, etc. will be arranged through Hollins directly.

$150 - Attendee e-mail list
Attendee lists will be made available via Google Sheets. Lists may not be sold, gifted, or shared with anyone beyond your company. You will have access to the membership list until October 1, 2025.

$40 - One ticket to Thursday or Friday Lunch (deadline to purchase is August 15)
