Vendor Information

NCSLMA is looking forward to seeing you at our 2022 Conference, October 6-8, 2022, in Winston-Salem, NC.

This year the vendors will be set up in Winston Ballroom 1, where they will be secured nightly. Conference attendees will be participating in a Vendor Passport mission and will be participating in a contest for visiting every vendor! Vendor set up will occur on Thursday, October 6, between 8am and 12pm. Vendor take down is Saturday, October 8 from 12pm-5pm but vendors who wish can take down Friday after the author signing or Saturday Morning.

The vendor hours are:

1pm-7:00pm Thursday, October 6
7:30am-7:00pm Friday, October 7
7:30am-12pm Saturday, October 8

There will be a regional meet & greet Thursday evening and an author autograph session on Friday evening. Both of these events will offer heavy hors d'oeuvres and take place in conjunction with the vendor receptions.

Single Booth - $700

Double Booth - $1350

Booth Sizes are
10' X 10'
Each booth comes with a 6' x 30" table with two chairs
$100 fee for electricity

Listed on NCSLMA’s website as a preferred vendor.
Will receive a list of all conference registrants and their contact information.

Financial Information

You may pay by check or credit card, but all payments must be received by September 9. Registrations waiting on payments after September 9 will be cancelled.
