We want to let all of our members know that we are devastated about the damage done by Hurricane Helene across many of our communities. We know that many of you are facing significant challenges, from road closures to loss of electricity and water, and some have seen damage to your homes and libraries.

In an effort to support our members who have experienced damage to their school libraries, our Regional Directors are allocating the proceeds from this year's regional basket raffle towards a Disaster Relief Grant. This grant will be made available to help members whose library collections have been damaged by flooding or other storm-related impacts. If you would like to donate money towards this grant and are unable to attend the conference, checks can be mailed to
