Thank you for considering being a vendor and/or sponsor at NCSLMA this year! As a vendor or sponsor, you get a free membership to NCSLMA for one year. The membership will be tied to the e-mail that you use in this registration.

Exhibition Floor Hours: Thursday: 12:00p -- 7:00pm, Friday: 7:30a -- 7:00pm, Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00pm (break down time if you didn't break down Friday night)
2023 Vendor Pricing Tiers
Vendor booth payment includes - Website, Social Media, in-conference recognition, and a profile in our Sched app, Inclusion in Vendor Scavenger Hunt. Choice of vendor booth location will be first paid, first chosen. Single booth sizes are 6' deep x10' wide and will be in the Benton Foyer, Winton Foyer, and Winston 2. Changes may be needed if attendance gets above 500. We will let you know!

Pay by April 30 - $750 (double booth - $1400, triple booth - $1950)

September 1, 2023, is the last day to cancel your vendor booth with full refund.
A La Carte
$100 - Electrical setup for booth
$150 - Attendee e-mail list
Attendee lists will be made available via Google Sheets. Lists may not be sold, gifted, or shared with anyone beyond your company. You will have access to the membership list until October 1, 2024.
$40 - One ticket to Friday Lunch (deadline to purchase is August 15)

Any prize donations will also receive social media recognition and advertising during the conference. We are accepting prizes for the following:

Sponsorship Levels
Each sponsorship includes Attendee e-mail list, Electrical setup for booth, two (2) session passes, website and social media recognition, an ad in our monthly newsletter, and session sponsorship

Sorcerer - $1500 (One ad in each newsletter for fifteen months, three session sponsorships)

Wizard - $1000 (One ad in newsletter for nine months, two session sponsorships)

Magician - $750 (One ad in newsletter for six months, one session sponsorship)
Sponsorship Opportunities (independent of sponsorship levels)
Each opportunity includes website and social media recognition as well as advertising at the event/meal/snack and during the opening meeting

Session Sponsor - $250 per session (includes up to five minutes of introduction at session and your logo on the session slide deck - You will get to choose the session(s) you sponsor - first paid, first chosen)

Keynote Sponsor - $2500 (includes five minutes of introduction at keynote session and your logo and company name advertised with the keynote speaker on social media)

Sched Sponsor - $500 (includes your logo on the Sponsor page and at the bottom of each page)

NCSLMA-Jama Food Sponsor - $5,000 (this is the former vendor reception and will be a DJed party with heavy hors d’oeuvres and an open bar in the vendor area)
