Vendor Registration

Can you believe it's already time to start thinking about NCSLMA 2023 Conference? The theme this year is Magic Happens Here: The magic of stories, libraries, and librarians. We are thrilled that you are considering being a vendor and/or sponsor this year. We are tweaking some things with conference this year and are hoping you would be willing to consider sponsoring an event, a session, or some of our swag. Some of those include:

NCSLMAJama - a DJ'd, open bar event Friday night from 8-10pm.
Presenter/Volunteer swag - We want to show our presenters and volunteers how much we appreciate them with some pretty neat gifts.
Snacks throughout the Conference - We want our librarians (and vendors!) to not get hangry. We will be providing snack and coffee stations here and there on Friday and Saturday.
Sched Plus - We will be able to put all your information in the Sched app so our attendees can get your contact info easily and quickly.
